Ginger snaps…we had lots of fun doing these!!! We were watching our little neighbor. So that explains the Blondie! These are very simple and very yummy and very healthy!
Gingersnaps
1/2c softened butter/coconut oil
2 c sucanant sugar
cream the above ingredients
3 eggs
add eggs one at a time while beating.
1 T cinn.
dash of salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. Allspice
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c flour (ww/white)
1/2 almond flour
mix altogether and put in hot oven at 350 for 15 mins
