We said good-bye to Tabitha…who is moving to Pennsylvania with her brother.

Making Cookies

 

Ginger snaps…we had lots of fun doing these!!! We were watching our little neighbor. So that explains the Blondie! These are very simple and very yummy and very healthy!

Gingersnaps

1/2c softened butter/coconut oil

2 c sucanant sugar

cream the above ingredients

3 eggs

add eggs one at a time while beating.

1 T cinn.

dash of salt

1 tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. Allspice

2 tsp. ginger

1 tsp. vanilla

2 tsp. baking soda

2 c flour (ww/white)

1/2 almond flour

mix altogether and put in hot oven at 350 for 15 mins

Winter Birds

While we were (supposed to be) doing school, we saw these gorgeous birds outside. I had to zoom in on them on the computer so they are kind of blurry…but they are so so pretty!
